Volleyball Recap: Haddam-Killingworth Comes Up Short

Haddam-Killingworth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Old Lyme Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-11, 25-13.

Haddam-Killingworth's record is now 0-16. As for Old Lyme, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 7-9 record.

Haddam-Killingworth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Berlin on the 11th. As for Old Lyme, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Hale Ray on the 13th.
