Soccer Game Preview: First Presbyterian Day vs. Piedmont Academy

First Presbyterian Day is preparing for their first region matchup of the season on Friday. They will head out on the road to challenge the Piedmont Academy Cougars at 7:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

First Presbyterian Day is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals last Monday, they were much more limited against Landmark Christian on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the War Eagles.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Piedmont Academy's offense. They came up short against Stratford Academy on Tuesday, falling 10-0.

First Presbyterian Day's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Piedmont Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
