Wednesday just wasn't the day for West Bend-Mallard's offense. They lost 8-0 to the Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire Titans on Wednesday. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Titans recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

West Bend-Mallard's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-6 record this season.

West Bend-Mallard didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-1 defeat against Storm Lake St. Mary on the 19th. As for Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire, they have also already played their next game, a 16-2 loss against Newell-Fonda on the 19th.
