Soccer Recap: Foreman Comes Up Short

Foreman had taken Steinmetz College Prep down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Monday. The Hornets lost 5-1 to the Silver Streaks. Foreman were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Foreman's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Steinmetz College Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

Coming up, Foreman will be playing in front of their home fans against Englewood Stem at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Foreman's defense better be ready for this one: Englewood Stem have averaged an impressive 6 goals per game this season. As for Steinmetz College Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge Brooks at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
