Football Recap: Peyton Skates Past Lincoln with Ease

Peyton never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past the Lincoln Lancers, posting a 56-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Peyton has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 15 points this season. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Peyton will venture away from home to challenge Flatirons Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will take on Kennedy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
