On Thursday, St. Anne-Pacelli got the win against Strong Rock Christian by a conclusive 6-1. With St. Anne-Pacelli ahead 4-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Auburn lost 8-1 to Montgomery Academy on Tuesday. Auburn haven't had much luck with Montgomery Academy recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

St. Anne-Pacelli is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those five contests. Auburn now has a losing record of 5-6-1.

St. Anne-Pacelli couldn't quite get it done against Auburn in their previous matchup back in February of 2022 as they fell 3-1. Can St. Anne-Pacelli avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
