Softball Recap: Central Lyon Comes Up Short

Central Lyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Sioux Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 last Tuesday.

Central Lyon's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for West Sioux, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Central Lyon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. West Sioux has already played their next contest (against Hinton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
