Basketball Recap: South Hills Comes Up Short

If South Hills was feeling good fresh off their 40-16 takedown of Monrovia last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The South Hills Huskies took a 38-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Los Altos Conquerors on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 55-40 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

South Hills' loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Los Altos, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.

South Hills will be taking part in a tournament against Anaheim at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Los Altos, they will venture away from home to challenge Wilson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
