Basketball Recap: Tesoro Beats Gahr for Their Fifth Straight Victory

Tesoro took a 22-point loss the last time they faced off against Gahr, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. It was close, but on Saturdaythe Tesoro Titans capped 2024 with a 55-52 win over the Gahr Gladiators. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Titans have posted since December 5th.

The win was the fifth in a row for Tesoro, bringing their record for this year to 13-6. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.6 points per game. As for Gahr, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 9-5 record.
