Soccer Game Preview: Riverdale vs. Lincolnview

The Riverdale Falcons will be taking part in a tournament against the Lincolnview Lancers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lincolnview took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Riverdale, who comes in off a win.

Riverdale is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They never let Woodmore get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for Riverdale as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Lincolnview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Continental, falling 6-0. While losing is never fun, Lincolnview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 473rd, while Continental are ranked 82nd).

Lincolnview's loss dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Riverdale, their victory bumped their record up to 4-13.
