West Delaware entered their tilt with North Fayette Valley on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let North Fayette Valley get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory. Considering the Hawks have won 12 matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

West Delaware pushed their record up to 24-11 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for North Fayette Valley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 18-18.

West Delaware has already played their next contest, a 7-3 win against Crestwood on the 12th. North Fayette Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
