Chaska extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Northfield, 28-0. The victory was the ninth in a row for the team.

Chanhassen's dynamic duo of Rosburg and Maynard proved to be unstoppable against the Scarlets, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Rosburg threw for 186 yards and 2 touchdowns and Maynard had 104 yards receiving. Cole Kirchoff helped Chanhassen's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 21 yards.

Nick Kropiwka was a key player and the best on defense this week as Shakopee fell to Prior Lake. The 5-foot-11 sophomore racked up 1 sack.

Justin Arnold provided a threat through the air and on the ground as Chaska topped the Raiders. He completed 15 passes for 165 yards and 1 touchdown and also ran for 61 yards. Arnold's key target this week was Calvin Buesgens, who caught 7 passes for 67 yards.

Chaska's offense cannot be tamed this season and the Hawks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Arnold has thrown for 1,058 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Buesgens has 39 catches for 647 yards.

In 97 carries Maynard has accumulated 958 yard this year.

Northfield made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 6,289 from 6,512. The improvement was the result of a 28-0 victory over Bubba Sullivan's team last week.
