Soccer Recap: Exeter Comes Up Short

Exeter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Selma Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Selma this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in January.

Exeter's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9-2. As for Selma, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-4-3.

Looking ahead, Exeter will square off against Immanuel at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Selma, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Kingsburg at 6:00 p.m.
