Softball Recap: Platte County's Losing Streak Snapped at Six Games

Platte County came into Monday's game having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over the North Platte Panthers on Monday.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 4-7. As for North Platte, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.

Platte County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Platte, they are taking a road trip to square off against Maryville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
