Baseball Recap: Dallas Takes a Loss

Dallas lost to Pittston back in April and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mountaineers fell 7-4 to the Patriots.

Dallas saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Vanvalkenburg, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI. Dominick Zangardi was another, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Dallas' loss dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Pittston, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Dallas nor Pittston have any future games scheduled.
