The Mira Mesa Marauders earned a 39-27 win over the San Dieguito Academy Mustangs on Tuesday.

Among those leading the charge was Enija Watt, who went 6-for-14 en route to 16 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. She is becoming a predictor of Mira Mesa's success: when she posts at least three steals the team is 2-1 (and 3-4 when she doesn't). Philippa Liu was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Mira Mesa smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matchups.

The victory got Mira Mesa back to even at 5-5. As for San Dieguito Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Mira Mesa will venture away from home to square off against West Hills at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for San Dieguito Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 54-51 win against Valley Center on the 10th.
