Volleyball Recap: Hermiston Takes a Loss

Hermiston lost against Village on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountaineers. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Village was led to victory by Dylan Teague and Addison Miller. Teague had 12 digs, while Miller had 27 assists and four digs. Miller has been hot for a while, having posted 16 or more assists the last ten times she's played.

Hermiston's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Village, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-5.

Hermiston didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Deer Valley on the 27th. As for Village, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Mountain Ridge on the 27th.
