            If New Boston was riding high  fresh off their  70-8 takedown of Queen City last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lions fell  18-14 to the Hooks Hornets on Friday. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
New Boston's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  Kason Campbell, who picked up 85 receiving yards and one  touchdown, and  Ridge England, who threw for 180 yards and one  TD.
