Softball Recap: Columbia Eagles vs. Redan Raiders
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against South Atlanta, Columbia was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Redan Raiders by a score of 20-16. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 19-14 back in August.

Columbia got a massive performance out of Deiana Spaulding, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with six stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Spaulding is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Parker-Hailey Thomas was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with seven stolen bases and three runs.
Columbia always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .765. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .588 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
Columbia moved to 3-4 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Redan, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
