Softball Recap: Arvada Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Arvada lost against Forge Christian on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Fury by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since August 25th.

This is the second loss in a row for Arvada and nudges their season record down to 16-5. As for Forge Christian, they pushed their record up to 19-3 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Arvada will square off against Kennedy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Commanders have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.37 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Forge Christian, they will face off against Jefferson Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
