Softball Game Preview: Northglenn Norsemen vs. Boulder Panthers

Northglenn is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Boulder an eight-game streak of away losses dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Northglenn Norsemen will be playing at home against the Boulder Panthers at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Northglenn managed to slip by Centaurus the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Norsemen came up short against the Warriors on Saturday, falling 7-1.

Northglenn saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brooklynn Hendrick, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Meanwhile, Boulder fell victim to Legacy and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 23-0 to the Lightning.

Boulder's defeat dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Northglenn, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Northglenn took their win against Boulder in their previous matchup on September 11th by a conclusive 22-0 score. Will the Norsemen repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
