Basketball Recap: Ocean View Christian Takes a Loss

Ocean View Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were beaten by the School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions 55-19. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 42-22 back in January.

School for Entrepreneurship & Technology's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kameron Owens, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Owens has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last 17 times she's played. Jannat Assiaban was another key player, dropping a double-double on 19 points and ten boards.

Ocean View Christian's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for School for Entrepreneurship & Technology, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ocean View Christian has already played their next contest (against Preuss UCSD), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. School for Entrepreneurship & Technology has also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Liberty Charter.
