Baseball Game Preview: Colerain Cardinals vs. Ross Rams

Colerain is on a 12-game streak of home losses, and Ross a four-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Saturday. The Colerain Cardinals will welcome the Ross Rams at 1:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Colerain lost 8-2 to Oak Hills on Friday.

Colerain saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jackson Carter, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI. That stolen base marked the first that Carter has snagged this season.

Meanwhile, while it was Ross who put the first runs on the board on Tuesday, it was Elder who put up more. The Rams fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 6-5.

Ross' loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Colerain, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-21.
