Softball Recap: Raymond Central Comes Up Short

After flying high against Arlington on Tuesday, Raymond Central came back down to earth. The Mustangs came up short against the Eagles on Saturday, falling 8-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Mustangs were not able to get on the board.

Raymond Central now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Arlington, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Coincidentally, Raymond Central and Arlington will both be playing Southern Valley/Alma the next time they take the field. The Eagles will head out to face Southern Valley/Alma at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 1:30 p.m.
