Baseball Recap: Muhlenberg Triumphs

Waynesboro typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Muhlenberg proved too difficult a challenge. They skirted past the Indians 9-7. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Muhls.

Muhlenberg's win bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Waynesboro, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-5.

Coming up, Muhlenberg will challenge Ephrata at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Mountaineers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.9 runs per game this season, so the Muhls' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Waynesboro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
