Softball Recap: Moss Comes Up Short

Moss came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-5 to the Coleman Wildcats.

Moss' defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Coleman, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Coming up, Moss will host Sasakwa at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.67 runs per game on average), something the Pirates will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Coleman, they have already played their next match, an 8-3 loss against Konawa on the 22nd.
