Hugoton put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Lakin Broncs 62-7. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Hugoton's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lakin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Hugoton will head out on the road to take on Colby on Friday. As for Lakin, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Cimarron.
