Recap: Kensington KENSINGTON TIGER vs. South Philadelphia Rams
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Kensington KENSINGTON TIGER, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell just short of the Rams by a score of 24-22.
Among those leading the charge was Halimah Blackwell, who scored 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of India Brooks, who scored 11 points.
Kensington's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for South Philadelphia, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.
Kensington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Philadelphia, they will head out on the road to take on Roxborough at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. South Philadelphia is coming into the game with five straight victories on the road, meaning Roxborough will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
