Football Recap: Galena Comes Up Short

Galena was the 8-0 winner over Cherryvale when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs came up short against the Chargers on Friday, falling 28-6. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Galena's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Cherryvale, the win also got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Galena will challenge Caney Valley on Friday. As for Cherryvale, they will take on Bluestem at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
