Hanover is a perfect 7-0 against Rockland since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Hawks will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 3:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Hanover 2.2, Rockland 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Hanover's offense. They fell 3-0 to North Quincy on Wednesday. The Hawks' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Rockland hadn't done well against Norwell recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Bulldogs walked away with an 8-4 victory over the Clippers.

Hanover's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Rockland, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.

Everything went Hanover's way against Rockland in their previous matchup back in April of 2019, as Hanover made off with an 18-4 victory. Will the Hawks repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
