Volleyball Recap: Fort Bend Christian Academy Continues Road Dominance on Thursday

Fort Bend Christian Academy had won four straight on the road, but on Thursday they bumped up to 21-10 to make it five. They blew past the Bay Area Christian Broncos 3-0. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Broncos, too.

Madison Jinks paced Fort Bend Christian Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. Jinks got some help from Channing Low and her 25 assists. Addison Crist controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

As for Bay Area Christian, their defeat ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-15-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since August 21st.

Despite the loss, Bay Area Christian still got an impressive performance from Addison Wilson, who had 31 digs and three aces. Wilson is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last 24 games she's played.

Fort Bend Christian Academy has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Emery/Weiner on the 7th. As for Bay Area Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Lutheran South Academy on the 7th.
