Basketball Recap: Antelope Valley Makes It Seven in a Row on the Road

Antelope Valley had won six straight road games dating back to last season and Ariana Soil did her part to make it seven on Wednesday. The Antelope Valley Antelopes walked away with a 69-59 victory over the Quartz Hill Royals thanks in part to Soil, who posted 43 points. The contest was her 19th in a row with at least ten points.

Antelope Valley's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Quartz Hill, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-4.

Antelope Valley will be taking part in a tournament against Pioneer Valley at 6:00 p.m. on December 26th. Antelope Valley is facing Pioneer Valley at the right time seeing as Pioneer Valley is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Quartz Hill, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Golden Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
