Football Game Preview: Florence Buffaloes vs. Hico Tigers + How To Watch

The Florence Buffaloes will square off against the Hico Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Florence has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with nine straight losses, while Hico will come in with three straight victories.

Last Friday, Florence had to suffer through a 42-7 loss at the hands of Holland.

Mariano Palacios put forth a good effort for the losing side as he rushed for 89 yards and one touchdown.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hico). They claimed a resounding 55-7 win over Itasca. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Tigers with their most commanding win of the season.

Florence's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Hico, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Florence strolled past Hico in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a score of 28-14. Do the Buffaloes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
