Central barely beat Haralson County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Lions' pitchers stepped up to hand the Rebels an 8-0 shutout on Thursday. The win was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Haralson County, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, Central will face off against Bremen at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Haralson County, they will host Trion at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
