Southwood had won 16 straight games and Shania Rhamy did her part to make it 17 on Saturday. The Knights came out on top against the Huntington North Vikings by a score of 2-0 with plenty of help from Rhamy, who hit 90% for nine kills and seven digs, seven aces, and three blocks. She has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last 19 times she's played.

Southwood's victory bumped their record up to 18-2. As for Huntington North, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season.
