Baseball Recap: Firestone Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Firestone's offense. They came up short against the Tallmadge Blue Devils on Thursday, falling 10-0. The Falcons just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Firestone saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jason Chestnut, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Firestone's loss dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Tallmadge, their win bumped their record up to 8-16.

As of now, neither Firestone nor the Blue Devils have any future games scheduled.
