Softball Recap: Jay Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Jay's offense. They came up short against the Verdigris Cardinals on Friday, falling 10-0. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Cardinals recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Jay's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jay will venture away from home to square off against Miami at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Verdigris, they will head out to take on Grove at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
