Basketball Recap: Mansfield Takes a Loss

Mansfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 65-39 to the Towanda Black Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 65-52 back in January.

Mansfield's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Towanda, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

While Mansfield had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
