Clayton Valley Charter came tearing into Wednesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 23 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Alhambra Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 39-23. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Ugly Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Clayton Valley Charter has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points per game. As for Alhambra, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-4.

Clayton Valley Charter will square off against Ygnacio Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Alhambra, they will face off against Benicia at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
