Recap: Liberty Bison vs. Tahquitz Titans
The Liberty Bison lost against the Tahquitz Titans back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Liberty took a 48-33 bruising from Tahquitz. Liberty has not had much luck with Tahquitz recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
When it comes to explaining why Liberty lost, one person who can't be blamed is Alex Barajas. Despite the final result, she scored 19 points.
Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Tahquitz, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Liberty will take on West Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. West Valley is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Tahquitz, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against San Jacinto at 5:15 p.m. San Jacinto will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.
