Baseball Game Preview: Shiloh Generals vs. Chamblee Bulldogs

The Shiloh Generals will head out to challenge the Chamblee Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Shiloh has three straight wins, Chamblee has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Shiloh's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed last Thursday. Everything went their way against Tri-Cities as they made off with a 23-0 victory. Considering the Generals have won eight contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Chamblee lost 15-2 to Dunwoody last Thursday.

Shiloh's win bumped their record up to 8-16. As for Chamblee, their loss dropped their record down to 10-14.

Shiloh skirted past Chamblee 6-5 when the teams last played back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Generals since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
