Basketball Game Preview: Immanuel Eagles vs. Selma Bears

Immanuel hasn't had much luck against Selma recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Immanuel Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Selma Bears at 6:00 p.m. Immanuel will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

On Saturday, Immanuel strolled past Arroyo Grande with points to spare, taking the game 45-30.

Meanwhile, Selma lost to Kerman at home by a 48-34 margin on Friday.

Immanuel has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.2 points. As for Selma, they dropped their record down to 9-9 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Everything came up roses for Immanuel against Selma when the teams last played back in January, as the team secured a 70-17 victory. Will Immanuel repeat their success, or does Selma have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
