Bloomfield hadn't done well against Miyamura recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bobcats were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Patriots. The result was nothing new for Bloomfield, who have now won six contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Andrew Himes and Lee Wells scored all four of Bloomfield's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Bloomfield's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four matches. As for Miyamura, the loss snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 11-8 record.
