Volleyball Recap: Walnut Takes a Loss

Walnut saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the St. Anthony Saints. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Walnut's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for St. Anthony, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.

Walnut wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Glendora on the 6th. As for St. Anthony, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Bishop Montgomery at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th. The contest will give the Saints their first taste of in-conference action this season.
