Basketball Game Preview: Port of Los Angeles Polar Bears vs. Jordan Bulldogs

Port of Los Angeles is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Friday. They will head out to face off against the Jordan Bulldogs at 3:00 p.m. Jordan took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Port of Los Angeles, who comes in off a win.

While Polar Bears fans will have to keep waiting for their squad to come home, they shouldn't be too worried about the road trip considering the result of Wednesday's season opener. They came out on top against Rancho Dominguez by a score of 51-44 two weeks ago.

Port of Los Angeles found their leader in freshman Jenesis Romero, who posted 25 points.

Meanwhile, Jordan unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 31-22 to Locke on Wednesday.

Port of Los Angeles was taken down by Jordan 67-13 in their previous meeting back in February. Can the Polar Bears avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
