Soccer Recap: Winder-Barrow Comes Up Short

The Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs came up short against the Alcovy Tigers on Tuesday and fell 3-1. Winder-Barrow have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Winder-Barrow's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Alcovy, they moved to 2-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coming up, Winder-Barrow will look to defend their home pitch on April 3 against Apalachee at 7:30 p.m. As for Alcovy, they are taking a road trip to square off against Putnam County at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Putnam County's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
