Basketball Recap: Upper Darby Comes Up Short

Upper Darby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were beaten by the Conestoga Pioneers 70-20. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Royals this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-36 back in December of 2024.

Upper Darby's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Conestoga, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Upper Darby will face off against Ridley at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Conestoga, they will square off against Garnet Valley at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
