The Cherokee Warriors got it done in the shootout by posting one goals to the Calhoun Yellow Jackets' zero.

Calhoun's loss dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Cherokee, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.

Calhoun has already played their next matchup, a 4-0 defeat against Model on the 15th. As for Cherokee, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Woodstock on the 14th.
