After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pinecrest Academy, Hearts Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Central Christian Crusaders by a score of 9-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 18-10 last Tuesday.

Hearts Academy let Jameson Wood and Kingston Wright run wild. Wood scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4, while Wright scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3. Kyle Stubblefield also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Hearts Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Central Christian only posted a batting average of .231.
