Baseball Game Preview: Heard County Braves vs. Haralson County Rebels

The Heard County Braves will challenge the Haralson County Rebels at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Heard County has given up an average of 7.6 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Heard County is headed into the match having just suffered their biggest loss since February 19th on Wednesday. They lost 17-4 to Bowdon. The defeat continues a trend for the Braves in their meetings with the Red Devils: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Haralson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-4 heartbreaker at the hands of Pepperell. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Rebels have suffered since February 15, 2024.

Heard County's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Haralson County, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
